Iain Armitage (born July 15, 2008) (Age 14) is a American actor from Savannah, Georgia, United States. He is best known for played Sheldon role on cbs’s new television show Young sheldon. Actress Zoe Perry portrayed his mother’s role in Young Sheldon. He also played recurring role in television show PAW Patrol: The Movie, Big Little Lies and The Glass Castle. He loves theater and began his acting career theater, his mother is an a theatre producer.
In 2017 he played Ziggy Chapman on HBO series Big Little Lies and Theo Lachere (kidnapped child) in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit for its 18 season episode 18. He went to play Brian Walls in Destin Daniel Cretton directed movie The Glass Castle. His latest movie is Our Souls at Night releasing on 29 sept 2017.
Born and raised as a celebrity child. He is the son of Lee Armitage and actor father Euan Morton. His grandfather ( Lee Armitage father) Richard Armitage is government official served as United States Deputy Secretary of State.
